This graduate-level path equips students to computationally model neural development, from molecular morphogenesis to network-level maturation. It builds foundations in neuroscience and computational methods, then progresses through gene regulation, morphogen gradients, axon guidance, synaptogenesis, activity-dependent plasticity, and network development.
