Basic Mathematics for Epidemiology → Clinical vs. Statistical Significance

This learning path introduces high school biology students to key epidemiological measures used to quantify the association between exposures and health outcomes, and to assess their public health impact. Starting with foundational mathematics and disease frequency measures, the path progresses through risk difference, attributable risk, relative risk, and odds ratio, and concludes with interpretation of these measures, including confidence intervals and the distinction between clinical and statistical significance.
